Martin Rosse is a seasoned professional in healthcare project management, boasting extensive experience in overseeing an array of significant healthcare initiatives across the United Arab Emirates and the Middle East, spanning both governmental and private sectors. His expertise encompasses a profound understanding of construction contracts, building regulations, and healthcare accreditation prerequisites. Martin's project involvement spans from the initial conceptual design phase through to the seamless operation of healthcare facilities. Throughout his career, he has held pivotal leadership roles, including Senior Projects Management, Hospital Commissioning, and Operational Activation Management positions, within both client-side and project consultancy environments. Martin has spearheaded large teams comprising healthcare professionals, clinical staff, and hospital support service divisions. His focus lies in delivering comprehensive Hospital Facility Management solutions, with meticulous attention to managing medical teams, contractual obligations, budget constraints, and time limitations. Under his guidance, projects consistently achieve completion within designated timelines, budgets, and in alignment with healthcare accreditation authorities' standards. His proficiency extends to navigating regulations governing healthcare facilities, international hospital building codes, and compliance frameworks, such as JCI statutory requirements and ECRI Institute's universal nomenclature for medical devices. David James
- David is a seasoned healthcare administrator with over 30 years of experience in progressively senior roles, including Radiology Manager, Allied Health Director, Oncology Administrator, and Operations Director for Allied Health Services, Radiology, and Laboratory.
In his recent position as Operations Administrator/Director at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City in Abu Dhabi, he oversaw strategic operations for Allied Health services and collaborated closely with department chairs.
Prior to SSMC, David spent 28 years at Tawam Hospital, holding key leadership roles and contributing significantly to projects like expanding ER facilities, Radiation Oncology and Radiology and establishing new healthcare centres.
He played a pivotal role in the launch of Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City, overseeing operational readiness for various departments and continuing to drive projects like new department openings and equipment upgrades.
David is well-versed in hospital accreditations and holds degrees in radiography, a BSc (Hons) degree, and a Master of Science in Medical Imaging. He is a Fellow of the Advisory Board and a member of IHF-HFMA with certifications in healthcare finance management.

Hamad is known for his ability to drive major infrastructural projects aligned with business growth objectives, collaborating effectively with clinical teams while ensuring strict adherence to policies and procedures.
He has been recognized with multiple awards for his role in significantly enhancing client satisfaction indexes. Hamad's educational background includes a Master's degree in Health Care Management and another in Business Administration, complemented by certifications in project management, leadership, and conflict management.
Throughout his career, Hamad has led successful hospital activations and played pivotal roles in JCI accreditation surveys and Covid-19 response efforts
